The Anaheim Ducks were founded in 1993 by the Walt Disney Company. Their original name was the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. But that was later changed in 2006. Their colors used to be purple and black. That was also later changed to orange and black when they changed their name. The first coach to ever coach them was Ron Wilson. Henry Sameuli bought the Ducks from disney in 2005. In 2007, the Ducks accomplished their first Stanley cup win in history. Sadly, its the only one that they have won to this date. Currently, the Ducks are not doing too well in the season.
